How long we keep information

For B2B customer information, such as corporate contact details, job role, etc. – we shall retain the information until the personal data is requested to be removed, or until we update our database to remove disengaged or dormant records. This process happens at least annually.
For job applicant information, such as candidate contact details, CV, interview notes, etc. – we shall retain the information for up to 12 months.
