Once the SOW is signed off, we’ll break down the project tasks in Jira and add you as a guest user, giving you real-time visibility into tasks and progress. Together, we agree and sign-off acceptance criteria for the project, resulting in clear deliverables and a project plan with timelines.

Our designs are validated by a developer at this stage too to ensure adherence with mobile app best practices from the technical perspective. We’ll regularly share progress and give you opportunities to provide feedback as we work through this stage, so that we can deliver an experience and solution that matches your vision.

With your final sign-off on design, we’ll transition into the build stage, developing your mobile app from the design. We build our solutions adhering to industry best practices for compatibility, security and scalability. Our mobile apps are built with powerful and intuitive CMS platforms, giving you full autonomy to update and control your mobile app and content without the need for another release.

We follow a structured process of QA and implementing fixes to ensure the highest level of quality in our solutions. In this stage we’ll conduct testing against the agreed acceptance criteria, as well as general functionality testing and regression testing. Our testing process is conducted across real-world devices covering Android & iOS, in real-world scenarios. This approach ensures compatibility across a diverse range of environments and maximises coverage against market share of end user devices and screen sizes.

We provide a test build of the app with a dedicated test environment for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This is your chance to explore the mobile app as though it’s live, sharing feedback and requesting any final tweaks or adjustments. We refine the app based on your input so you can confidently move forward knowing it meets your exact needs and expectations.

When you’re satisfied with the app and it’s been signed off from UAT, we’ll schedule a training session to walk you and your team through your new mobile app and the CMS. This will show you how to control your app, update and create content, add new users, and much more. Also, we’ll provide comprehensive documentation to help you manage the app going forward and onboard new members of the team.

Once a go-live date has been agreed, we use a seamless deployment process – often involving automated pipelines – to launch your new mobile app to production on the App Store and Play Store. If you’re using our hosting environment for the CMS, we ensure proper configuration and monitoring from day one. If you’re not, no worries – we’re happy to work directly with your existing provider and/or IT team to support deploying. Once the app is live, we run a quick smoke test to confirm core functionality, essential user flows, and app performance are all working as intended. The end result is a smooth, low-risk launch, where users can experience your new digital platform exactly as intended.
